Mit 399 Flocken, ist die PlayStation VR quasi ein Schnäppchen, wenn man sie mit anderen Systemen erscheint. Leider erscheint sie erst im Oktober, aber der geneigte Fan kann ja schon mal vorbestellen.
Und so schnürte Sony mit dem „Launch Bundle“ ein feines Paket, damit jeder gleich loslegen kann. Neben der PlayStaion VR Einheit, befindet sich noch die Kamera und 2 PlayStation Move Controller in der Box, da Sony jetzt mal nicht annimmt, dass jeder PS4 User die zwingend benötigte Zusatzhardware schon zuhause hat (die Kamera ist zwingend erforderlich, PlayStation Move eher optional). Doch hat dies seinen Preis, denn das praktische Bundle kostet nun nicht mehr 399 Öcken, sondern deren 499! An sich nicht schlimm. Das Problem ist nur, dass derzeit nur dieses Bundle vorbestellbar ist und leider (noch) nicht die PlayStation VR alleine.

Kein Wunder, dass sich die treuen Fans etwas auf den Schlips getreten fühlen:
What the heck? So the ones who’ve actually supported Sony most by already having the camera and Move controllers are the ones who get shafted by not being able to preorder?
What about the $399.00 headset only that was actually talked about?! What about all the people who just purchased Move controllers and PS Cameras in anticipation of release? Or the large amount of people out there who own either the camera and or controllers? This has not been handled well Sony.
